These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are written in the masculine form for convenience only but apply equally to all genders.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website.

This website contains an online e-commerce store for purchasing products, and these Terms apply to all users and buyers of products through the website.
The website and all services provided through it—including design, content, trademarks, systems, and algorithms—are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content appearing on the website in any other way.

Using the website or purchasing products constitutes your full agreement to these Terms. By doing so, you confirm that you will not have any claim or demand against the website operators.
These Terms constitute the only binding rules between the business owners and the website operators with respect to the users.

Please note: The Terms may change at any time at the sole discretion of the website operators and without prior notice.
Changes apply only to products/services purchased after the Terms were updated.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from registering to the website or making purchases.

The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the use of the website is the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Israeli law shall apply exclusively.

Use of the Website

  • The user must be 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity.

  • The user must reside in Israel and hold a valid Israeli ID, as well as a valid Israeli-issued credit card.

  • The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his username and password.

  • The user may not create an account for any third party without explicit consent.

  • The user may not use another user’s login details illegally.

  • The user releases the website from liability for any technical malfunction, interruption, downtime, or errors caused by third-party hosting servers, software, communication providers, or any other service provider.

  • The user releases the company from liability for any hacking attempts, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized access by third parties.

  • The company employs security measures to protect user information; however, full protection cannot be guaranteed.
    Therefore, data breaches or unauthorized access may occur.

  • By browsing, registering, or uploading content, the user exempts the company from responsibility for any damage caused due to cyber-attacks or breaches.

  • The company may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove any user content or suspend/delete user accounts.

  • Some messages or advertisements may include cookies such as identification cookies.

  • The company does not store credit card information on its servers.

  • The website acts as a mediator between third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or wholesalers worldwide and the customers purchasing through the website for personal, non-commercial import.

  • Users purchasing through the website are also subject to the suppliers’ Terms.

  • All orders are subject to Israeli law. The user must verify taxation, customs, VAT, or any additional fees before placing an order.

Placing an Order

  • Each product displays its price, including VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time at the sole discretion of the company.
    The determining price is the one at the time the order is approved, not when the product was added to the cart.

  • The company is not the manufacturer of the products.

  • Although we strive for accurate product information, manufacturers may change product details or packaging.
    Product packaging may include information different from what appears on the website.

  • Medical-related products: Content on the website does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
    Always read product instructions and warnings and consult a professional when needed.

  • If you believe a product is harmful, misleading, or illegal, please contact us so we can address the issue.

  • All product information is provided by the suppliers. The user waives any claims regarding inaccuracies or discrepancies.

  • During checkout, users must provide accurate personal details, including full name, address, phone number, and email.

  • Some information will be shared with suppliers to complete shipping.

  • Orders can be shipped within Israel only.

  • Within 48 hours, the user will receive an email confirmation, which constitutes final approval.

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable, the user will be offered a replacement or a full refund.
    Beyond this, the user has no further claim.

  • Refund processing times may take up to 45 business days due to third-party factors.

  • After placing an order, the user is automatically registered for email notifications (order status, invoices, tracking).
    Marketing emails may also be sent but can be unsubscribed separately.

  • The website is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or damages caused by shipping companies.

Limitation of Liability

  • Product images on the website are for illustration only. Real colors or details may vary.

  • The business is not responsible for typographical errors in product details.
    The customer waives any claim related to such errors.

  • Product warranty is provided solely by the manufacturers/suppliers.

  • Delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, unexpected system failure) do not obligate the business.
    The customer waives all related claims.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard delivery time is up to 14 business days from dispatch.

  • Home delivery is limited to select areas; packages may be sent to pickup points or post offices.

  • The company has up to 5 business days to process and ship orders.

  • Delays may occur due to Israel Post, courier services, customs, or other parties.

  • Maximum delivery window is 35 business days from dispatch.
    If this time is exceeded, the customer may request a full refund or reshipment.

  • Products are shipped directly from the supplier overseas.

  • Multiple products in one order may arrive separately.

Placing an Order – Payment & Confirmation

  • After selecting products and filling in checkout details, an email confirmation will be sent.

  • An order is considered complete only after credit company approval.

  • If the business cannot supply the item, it has no obligation to do so and will notify the customer.

  • Providing false personal information is a criminal offense.

  • Checkout is secured with PCI-compliant encryption.
    Payment details are deleted immediately after purchase.

Delivery

  • Products are ordered specifically for the buyer from overseas suppliers.

  • Delivery time may be up to 40 business days.

  • The company has no control over exact delivery times.

  • Delays must be reported immediately so the company can help resolve them.

  • Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

Return Policy

If you received a defective product:

  • You may exchange it or return it for a refund.

  • Photos of the defect must be provided.

  • In some cases, a solution will be provided without requiring return shipping.

Returns without defect:

  • A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

  • Additional credit card cancellation fees may apply.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product, according to Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Connecting a product to electricity, gas, or water is considered "use."

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Returns must be shipped via registered mail with tracking.

  • If the product has already been shipped but you wish to cancel, you must wait for delivery and then return it at your expense.

  • Refunds exclude shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by the business.

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned (e.g., custom-made products).

  • If the product must be returned to a factory overseas (e.g., China), the refund will be issued after it arrives there.

  • In case of conflict between these Terms and consumer protection law, the law prevails.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product or the order details, whichever is later.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted before shipment, a full refund will be issued minus cancellation fees.

  • If the product has been shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and then return it at their expense.

  • Sometimes the product may already be shipped even if tracking has not yet been updated.
